How do I order?

On our website, simply select a template design and quantity that you like. Add the products to cart and fill out your Billing and Shipping info. Make sure to leave us your special request in the Notes section. eg. Color preferences, font preferences or other requests.

We offer free design service on all of our printing products. We will design and email you the proofs within 24hr. You have upto 3 revisions for your order. Any additional revisions will incur a fee of $5 for each revision.

When you approve the proofs, we will print and ship to your Shipping address.

What is your turn-around time?

Design turn-around time:

  • Design 1st proof and email to you: within 24 hours after we received your online order.
  • Revise and make changes: 24 hours after we receive your request.

Printing turn-around time:

  • When you have approved the proofs via email, your order will be sent to print the next business days.

The Average time for you to receive your products with standard Ground shipping are:

What is FREE DESIGN service?

When you cannot find any designs that you like on our website, our team can provide you with a custom design based on your preferences or to match with your current design.

This service is FREE to all our customers. However, the custom design we create for you belong to us. We will not send you original files (.psd) or high resolution files (.jpeg or .pdf) without watermark. This is to protect our works and to keep our business running.

Can you send me ORIGINAL ARTWORK or HIGH RESOLUTION files?

According to our policy, we do not send any original/high resolution files to customers unless they pay for the design fee. The fee varies depending on the time and labor we spend working on your designs.

How much is shipping cost?

You will get FREE shipping for any order of $499 or more. Otherwise, shipping & handling fee will depend on what you order. Please contact us for more details.

What is your return policy?

CMODENTAL.COM stands behind the quality of its products and services. However, since all products are customized for your business, we are sorry that we cannot accept any return or refund.

We will reprint if there are any mistakes on our end such as color, shipping damage or wrong size. If you find any issues, please contact our customer service within 3 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive)

What is your printing policy?

You (Customers) will be responsible for fixing any errors discovered in the process, or you can authorize us to print as is; however, you are subject to the following exclusions listed below under File Submissions, and Shipping and Delivery. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • File Submissions.
  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you – You will be responsible for checking on every minor detail before you approve to print. When the customer send us their information, the customer need to make sure that the spelling and punctuation are correct. We are not responsible for ANY spelling or grammar mistakes caused by us or by you.
  • Design errors or color selection errors introduced in the artwork file creation process submitted by you.
  • Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
  • Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with CMODENTAL.COM specifications.
  • Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files.
  • Duplicate orders by the customer.
  • Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services.
  • Shipping and Delivery.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to you.

All orders will be shipped to your business address unless you provide us a different address.

You will be responsible for an extra shipping cost to resend.

Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you. You will need to pay for an extra shipping cost to resend.

Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. We might reprint orders damaged or lost by shipping carrier.

You will have to return the original products before we can reprint your order.

We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
